How does the free trial work?

Main Street Sites offers a one-month free trial to all new customers. If you cancel service before the end of the free trial, you won’t be billed again. Once the free trial ends, you will be billed on the first of each month. If your free trial ends in the middle of the month, we will bill you on prorated basis for the first partial month.

Will Back Office work with my website from Wix, Weebly, SquareSpace, GoDaddy, WordPress, etc.?

Yes! Back Office can be added to any website! Our expert staff will style your Main Street Sites account to match your website's design and color scheme. You can link to whichever MSS pages you wish to use.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. You are free to cancel at any time. There are no long-term contracts or commitments.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my service?

You may upgrade or downgrade your service at any time. Our support department will be happy to assist with any upgrades or downgrades. Billing changes due to the upgrade or downgrade will be reflected on the next month’s bill.

How do I cancel?

In order to cancel service, send an email to support@MainStreetsites.com. We will send a confirmation when your service has been canceled. You will not be billed again after cancellation, but months that were already billed will not be refunded.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We do not accept Paypal as a standard payment option. All payments are processed online. We do not take checks by email at this time.

Do any additional fees apply?

Yes. In some cases Main Street Sites charges modest usage fees for advanced features like email marketing and recurring billing. This approach keeps the monthly cost of our services low for all of our customers. Please see usage fees for more information.
